What do you do?

​

Since beginning my recruitment career I have specialised in social housing, and I now lead the housing division at Spirehouse.

​

My aim is to be a long-term partner to organisations and individuals in the sector. To achieve this, I deliver clear guidance and support, stay up to date with market knowledge and operate with an honest and reliable approach.

​

We support each role to the highest of standards, ensuring to fully understand the post, structure and type of individual required.

 ​

Why do you do it?

​

Social housing is an ever changing sector that needs people to deliver genuine support to those that have fallen on hard times.

​

Each role that we support on provides support and sometimes a solution to individuals in difficult situations, something which can happen to anyone.

​

I have always been passionate about the sector and the ways in which we can try to improve the social value of those who are vulnerable.

​

How do you relax?

​

Outside of the office I play for a local women’s football team, twice per week in a local league. Football has always been a passion of mine from a young age and it enables me to be present in the moment (except for when we are losing).

 

Alongside this, I’m very much a foodie and have a Staffy x Frenchie called Mabel. My partner and I love going to new restaurants and finding new walks to take her on.
